FESTIVE.EN -ONLINE SHOP ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
You have the right to return or exchange Festive -online shop - bought Festive-jewelry within 14 days of receiving the order. Please note that return and exchange policy does not apply to website subscription products marked products, engraving products and not the products which have been modified to the specific in accordance with the wishes.
Before the exchange or refund please contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org or +358 10 2390490. The return will not cause you additional costs.
If the received product is defective or damaged in shipment, notify the Festive-online store customer service. Festive on-line shop's primary aim is to replace the defective product with a new one. If it is not possible, Festive-online shopping credited to the subscriber the amount paid. Refund made after item is returned and defect is verified.
Return policy applies only to the jewelry bought from Festive -online shop.
You have the right to return the products when:

- the product is in the same condition as it was shipped.

Refund the returned product
