These general delivery terms contain Festive.en-online store (network service) regarding the delivery and contract terms.
Festive online store is intended for businesses and individuals. The product prices include the currently valid value added tax. The tax breakdown is displayed in the cart and in the order confirmation. Festive.en:no need by the customer register is confidential. Information is passed forward to others. The subscription context, the subscriber must indicate the name, address, email address and phone number. The order is binding for the subscriber received a written order confirmation.

Fees and prices

Delivery, title and risk of loss

Warranty and liability for defects.
Warranty is determined by the manufacturer defined by the warranty terms and conditions.
The service provider is not responsible for any direct, nor indirect damage or harm, arising, for example, the fact that the product does not match Customer needs or goals, or the product has been used in a way that has damaged it. The service provider's responsibility to make the order is always limited to termination of the contract and, possibly, in advance paid out of the return. The service provider has the right to change these conditions unilaterally. The user accepts the service of the valid terms when using the service.
