        Maintenance conditions
  • Free maintenance only for Festive Loyal customers and products which are purchased from the Festive online store.
  • Our jewelry maintenance includes jewelry cleaning, checkin the settings, polishing and rhodium plating if needed.
  • Does not include repair of damage caused by careless use of the jewelry.
  • Free service is valid for 3 years from the date of Festive online store purchase.
  • The customer of the service is responsible for the delivery of the jewelery and any shipping costs that may arise.

         MAINTENANCE THE JEWELRY SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

         Shipping:

  • Carefully pack the jewelry (s) in a shipping envelope or package.
  • Make sure there is a sufficient postage for the shipment and preferably send it registered
  • Include your own contact information and the date of purchase of the jewelry in the shipment.
