Request to Return an Order

You have the right to return or exchange Festive jewelry purchasedfrom the Festive.fi online store within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Please note that the right to exchange or return does not apply to products marked as "made-to-order" on the website, engraved products, or products that have been customized according to specific requests.
• The item you are returning must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Engraved items are non-returnable, but we offer one free resizing at no cost to the customer.

Before exchanging or returning an item, please submit a return request using the return form or contact our customer service at kultasepat@narsakka.com or 010 2390 490. There are no additional costs to you for returns.
